Occam's Razor
Occam’s Razor is a student produced academic journal that exhibits hand selected scholarly articles from all disciplines across Western Washington University. The publication was created to provide undergraduate students the opportunity to have their academic work published.
Having worked with Occam’s Razor the past three years, I have helped to develop the publication’s visual identity and voice. Occam’s identity was established to mirror the academic tone and maturity of its work. These ideas are represented through the publication’s minimalism and emphasis on typography.

SKILLS
In my last two years as lead designer I worked with communicating between the editorial staff and the creative team. Additionally directing the visual design of the magazine.
During my first year, together we collaborated on creating a stronger visual identity for Occam's Razor. Personally worked on a few essays and the table of contents.
